Is this data legal to use?
Yes. Storm reports are published by NOAA, and roof permits and property records are public records. We combine them and organize them by building. Contacting building owners about your services is standard B2B outreach.
How is this different from a hail map?
A hail map shows where it hailed. We list the commercial buildings inside the swath, find the last re-roof permit for each one, and add the owner. Doing that by hand takes days per storm.
How fresh is the data?
New buildings appear in the dashboard the day after a storm is reported. On Pro, alerts email you the next morning.
What if a record is wrong?
